DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CAKE
A family favorite. Devil's food chocolate cake filled and iced with bittersweet chocolate ganache. The perfect decadent celebration cake. Moist, dense and rich, this cake can serve a crowd and freezes well. Lighten this cake up with whipped cream and seasonal fruit filling, or a layer of raspberry jam. This cake can be made GLUTEN-FREE upon request.
CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER CAKE
Same as the double chocolate cake above, but iced with a salty sweet peanut butter buttercream, and poured ganache on top. This cake can be made GLUTEN-FREE upon request.
CHOCOLATE MINT CAKE
Same as the double chocolate cake above but iced with a light green tinted mint buttercream, and poured ganache on top. This cake can be made GLUTEN-FREE upon request.
MOCHA CAKE

ORANGE OLIVE OIL CAKE
Trust. This Italian cake is dense and moist, flavored with orange zest & Grand Marnier. Filled with either fresh strawberries or mandarin oranges and iced with fresh whipped cream. This cake can be made GLUTEN-FREE upon request.
CARDAMOM WALNUT CAKE WITH PEACHES
Fragrant and nutty and made with fresh summer fruit in season, or a preserved jam in the winter. Iced with brown sugar buttercream & decorated with walnut halves and peach slices.
FRESH GINGER CAKE
A pure fresh ginger cake made WITHOUT the traditional gingerbread spices. Filled and iced with either bittersweet chocolate ganache for a rich and elegant cake.... OR filled with seasonal fruit and iced with whipped cream for a lighter dessert. This cake can be made GLUTEN-FREE upon request.
BLACK SESAME CAKE
Tahini gives this cake a velvety smooth texture and a slightly savory sweet taste. Toasted black sesame seeds and black tahini are folded into the buttercream to give the cake it's slate grey color. Finished with a pour of ganache.
FUNFETTI CAKE
From scratch! A homemade rendition of the classic box cake everyone secretly loves. Vanilla flavored white cake flecked with brightly colored sprinkles, and iced with a house favorite cream cheese icing or a more traditional vanilla buttercream.

CAKE SIZES
All cakes are ROUND and either 2 or 3 layers. Whipped cream iced cakes should remain refrigerated until served. Buttercream and Ganache iced cakes should be brought up to room temperature before serving for best texture and flavor. Remove from refrigeration 2 hours before serving. Slice cake with a clean knife dipped in hot water for best results.

DECORATIONS
Cakes love flowers. Add fresh or icing flowers to any cake for a little something special. Iced flowers are made from tinted Italian buttercream, and arranged in a lei design around the top of the cake.
